Richard S. Green (Rich)
FOUNDER and CEO, DATING REFINERY, LLC.Rich brings over 35 years of professional Information Technology (IT) experience as an IT Executive, Executive Consultant; Program/Project Manager; Enterprise and Network Design Architect, and Systems Engineer.
He is currently the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for a US commercial company, serving as principal for Corporate IT Systems, Information Security, Managed Services and Data. He is also the CIO and owner/investor in the dating app, Couplify.com.
His past experience includes serving as Executive Consultant to two United States (US) Department of Defense (DoD)/ Intelligence Community (IC) Agency CIOs. He has served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/ Technical Director with a US Commercial company as well as Program and Project Manager, Chief Architect and engineer working for several top commercial companies supporting various DoD, IC and US Government Agencies. Rich is a US Air Force Veteran with 11 ½ years on Active Duty as an Instrumentation and Telemetry Systems Project Manager and Craftsman. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Louisiana Tech University, an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Electronic Systems from the Community College of the Air Force and is pursuing a Master’s of Science in Administration (MSA) in Information Resource Management from Central Michigan University.
Rich’s ideology for DatingRefinery.com was to offer a free Dating & Relationships and Fashion Social Media site and eCommerce platform. Dating Refinery offers a fresh approach and experience for dating life and culture as a challenge to the Ethos of modern dating, as well as an eCommerce platform offering reasonably priced merchandise and designer wear.

Roselle Hermosura
CO-FOUNDER and COO, DATING REFINERY, LLC.Roselle has over 20 years of professional management experience, including client care and service, staff management, team leadership, hiring, and staff development. She is currently employed with Inova Health System in Falls Church, Virginia, as an Imaging Clinical Coordinator. Her areas of expertise include mentorship and coaching, procedure evaluations, staff supervision, quality control, and performance management. She is Founder and serves as Senior VP, Subscriber Relations in the dating app Couplify.com. Roselle was born and raised in Manilla, Philippines. She is a US Navy Veteran, who served as a Plane Captain out of Norfolk, VA, and exercised on the USS George Washington and USS John F. Kennedy aircraft carriers. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in nuclear medicine technology in addition to many more recent certifications.
Her focus on DatingRefinery.com and Couplify.com stem from her experience with the dating scene that she encountered as a divorcee following her 18 years of marriage. Roselle has a passion for supporting others who are facing the challenge of rediscovering love and long-term happiness. She is a true believer in helping people in dating life, and believes in offering insights into the human psyche. Roselle’s main purpose behind both DatingRefinery.com and Couplify.com is to clear the emotional haze of dating, and to reconsider the experiences of dating and relationships.
