it appears to be the case. It is unfortunate that he seems to be incapable or fulfilling the role of leader of the free world. In February of 1988, he suffered two life-threatening brain aneurysms. I’m sure this affected him and we are seeing the affects of this today.
I think his actions or lack there of SPEAK louder than the public wants to acknowledge. Time for new leadership !
