Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

For dropship merchandise, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request return of the items.

Shipping

Because third party carriers ship our products, there are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; any delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

Processing- orders are taken for merchandise by individual vendors, which will vary in their processing and shipping times. For this reason, we do not guaranty processing times or shipping times.

Can I cancel my order? You must cancel your order within 24 hours of creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please contact us.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain products.

We only accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Such item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. Further, you must contact us within 14 days of the item(s)’s arrival date to take advantage of this return policy. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returning a product to us without our authorization will not result in a refund or exchange, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that we incur.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit, refund, or exchange. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached and in its original packaging.

U.S. Returns

To qualify for return with a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card), your return must be made within 7 days of receiving it. Returns made after 7 days will need to be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, and will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@DatingRefinery.com

Damages and Issues- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.

You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.

International Returns

You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. *We do not accept international exchanges at this time.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
